Description
This tool simplifies the adjustment of disc brakes on bicycles, mountain bikes, road bikes, and gravel bikes. If the brake drags or needs cleaning, it must be subsequently adjusted. Since the distance between the brake pads and the brake rotor is often inconsistent, you can simply insert this 0.25mm thick tool during adjustment to ensure a consistently perfect distance between rotor and pad.
The shape and geometry of this tool allow for easy insertion and removal of the 0.25mm flat disc. It has been tested extensively by myself and other users, consistently ensuring perfect spacing.
The advantage over metallic tools is that the plastic will not damage or scratch the brake rotor and pads.
I chose yellow for its high visibility, ensuring the tool is not easily overlooked.
Important for printing: The smoothing function should be activated to ensure a very smooth surface.
Of course, you can choose any color you prefer.
