Description

Boost Me (for free)

I really appreciate Boosting this model!

This is a digital 3D model for a Bolt Gauge Block, a handy reference tool for any workshop, garage, or maker space. Designed for 3D printing, this block allows you to quickly identify and verify the size of various bolts and threaded fasteners.

****Designed and Tested for a 0.2 nozzle****

If you print this using a .4 nozzle you will completely lose the identifying numbers.

Infill is adjustable to suit your durability needs.

The 3mf file supplied has the numbers with a different color and is easily changed in the objects tab in the slicer.

If you download the STL you will have to use the function “Split to Parts” in order to color the numbers and the baseline.

Key Features:

-Comprehensive Thread Size Range: The block includes holes for a wide range of common thread sizes.
-Clear Labeling: Each hole is clearly labeled with both the drill size, eliminating guesswork.
-Easy to 3D Print: Designed for optimal printability on most FDM and resin 3D printers.
-Customizable Material: Print in your preferred material (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.) to suit your needs.
