Description

This is a 3D printable tuned port (also known as a bass reflex tube) designed specifically for subwoofer enclosures. The model is split into two parts to allow for flexible use and easier printing.

Part 1 – Base:
The main piece, named “Base”, is 152mm (5.98") in length with an internal diameter of 105mm (4.13") and an external diameter of 110mm (4.33").
It features a mounting flange at one end with an outer diameter of 145mm (5.71"), allowing for easy and secure installation on your speaker box.

Part 2 – Extension:
The “Extension” piece is an optional add-on that provides an additional 150mm (5.91") in length for those who need a longer port to achieve a lower tuning frequency.
It is designed to press-fit onto the base. The internal diameter is 110mm (4.33"), and the external diameter is 116mm (4.57"), ensuring a snug and stable coupling.

This modular design allows makers to easily adjust the total length of the port based on their subwoofer box volume and desired tuning frequency.

Perfect for DIY speaker builders looking for a clean, customizable, and printable solution!
