Description

I'm always looking for new designs to help in my professional field: IT for manufacturing & warehousing. A lot of my time not spent managing servers or running SQL queries is spent pulling CAT6 Ethernet cables for new equipment and many times, these cables are only temporary with plans to repurpose and relocate for other new equipment within the year. When you're 40 feet up in the air on a scissorlift, trying to coil a hundred feet of cable is rough, so I came up with the Service Looper Mark 1:

As you can see, it is similar to the Mark 2, but it is missing the slide and the design's screws/nuts didn't tighten well. It worked well enough for the purpose, but it could be better.

That's where the Mark 2 came in (and thus this uploaded model). Using the same tried and true bolt and screw design I've used for my spool rack design and in other upcoming designs, I modified the connectors and in a day of use of the Mark 1, I found a retractable, sliding spool would help with the release of the cable loop.

Here is a simple video of how it works:

Filament used in this design is Numakers PLA+, specifically Light Blue, Lemon Yellow, and Grass Green. Pure White was used for the lettering.

In use of the Bambu Handy app, I noticed if I wanted to boost something, it was difficult without one of these buttons. If you want to boost, please. Don't feel an obligation to unless you love the design.
