Bike stand (40/42/52mm tire)

This bike stand made some improvements based on the old model. You will need to print each plate twice.

• Supports 40/42/52mm tires — compatible with gravel bikes and mountain bikes. STEP file is included so you can adjust for other tire sizes if needed. Or let me know and I can make a different size!
• Wider base for significantly increased stability.
• Added a front piece to hold the two sides together, which should make the whole stand more stable.
• Side pieces have holes to reduce filament usage.
• Increased assembly tolerances for easier fitting and to prevent part damage. The fit is still intentionally tight, so some force is required during assembly.

I used the 0.2mm Strength profile, but 4 walls with 15% infill should also work if your bike is lightweight.

The support inside the hole can be removed fairly easily with a flat-head screwdriver.
