Command of Nature Insert for KSE + Expansion

I love backing Unstable Games kick starters. It has become an annual event for my kids and I, getting that shipment and opening box after box after box…. From the game boards to the cards, base games to the expansions, standees to the vinyl figures (yeah, I do it all!), all of it intelligently, beautifully, amusingly designed. Their 2024 kick starter project, Command of Nature, did not disappoint! Check out the game here.

The first few times playing through the game, it is a point of pride to pull out all those boxes for set up. But eventually, you just want it to be a bit simpler. I'm not alone in this, based on the number of board game insert projects I found out there. The best Command of Nature insert that I found, in terms of organization, was this one from bar06024. My remix of their project uses their market card tray STL directly, no changes. Highlights of this design:

• Holds all items from the base game plus the Sand & Wind expansion.
• Accommodates sleeved cards (I use the official sleeves from Unstable Games).
• Market tray can be pulled out of the box and used directly in the game (I place it on the market play mat).

What I did modify:

• New token tray accommodates the wooden tokens (also the cardboard ones with room to spare).
• New Sage tray holds the Sage boards more securely and displays artwork inspired by the original packaging.
• New factions tray shifts things a bit to leave room for the new token tray and accommodates the wooden faction tokens. It also displays artwork inspired by the original packaging.

My Sand & Wind expansion box has now been repurposed to hold the stuff replaced by my upgrades: standees and cardboard tokens. Can't throw that beautiful box away, right?

NOTE: I printed the Sage and faction trays using the attached 0.2mm nozzle profile (w/ colour) in order to capture as much detail in the artwork as possible. The market and token trays were printed using the standard 0.4mm nozzle profile.

IMPORTANT: this insert is for the Kick Starter Exclusive edition of Command of Nature only! If your box doesn't look like the one in the photos, it probably won't fit. Sorry!
