Description

Bring ancient history into your home or workspace with this intricately designed Egyptian-themed vase. Standing approximately 8 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter, this vase features engraved hieroglyphics wrapping around its body, evoking the aesthetic of traditional pottery from the time of the pharaohs.

The piece includes a removable lid, topped with two Anubis heads that form a striking and symbolic handle. Designed to mimic the look and texture of classic clay, the vase has a sturdy structure and prints beautifully in beige or earth-toned filament to replicate an authentic ceramic feel.

Turned out great but clipped the heads off and printed a larger bust for the lid. Using as Urn for o e of our dogs who passed.

I used Amolen Fossil filament and Adaptive Height speed of 0.05. It was very slow but it was worth it. The detail is amazing. Printed on a Bambu P1S

could do with another infill for the lid as the grid infill smears the nozzle and is frankly a remnant of time at this point. the vase has an issue also where the inner geometry of the opening is leaving overhangs not attached the make straight lines between two points, there is also monotonic lines poking out of the underside of the lip of the vase that could do with supporting. great model, poor support work. i suspect an old profile used. im gonna dl this and tinker with it at the helm, but for just sitting in the sofa its amazing👍
