🟧 "Workbench Pro – 60x180" – Scaled Workbench w/ Drawers & Tool Wall

Scale Conversion Guide – Adjusting this 1:10 & 1:18 model to other scales at the bottom!
šŸ”— Check out my other to scale designs: Scale Collection

Big bench. Bigger ambitions. Even at 1:18. šŸ› ļøšŸ§°

🧩 This extended 60x180 cm workbench model is designed to be the centerpiece of your scaled garage or diorama.

With working drawers and a tool wall (this should be printed with 0.2 nozzel, tool wall) that mounts to the rear edge, this setup brings both realism and usability into miniature scale.

Pairs beautifully with my other garage items like the Car Ramp, Tire Rack, and Pallet Jack.

šŸ“¢ Fully printable in 1:10 and 1:18, and yes—the drawers work in both!

The tool wall is optional but adds a lot of detail, and even includes holes that can be drilled or marked to simulate tool pegs.
While the bench prints flat and clean, some assembly is required—but nothing too tricky.
Ā

šŸ”§ Functionality & Printing Tips
āœ” Functional drawers with smooth slide-out fit
āœ” Rear-mounted tool wall gives it that true workshop vibeĀ  (this should be printed with 0.2 nozzel)
āœ” Prints best flat on a smooth plate
āœ” Supports not needed, unless scaling very small
āœ” PLA preferred, but PETG/ASA will work too with proper tuning
ā— Legs must be glued, and filament bits used for guiding and alignment

šŸ› ļø Note: Even if the model worked perfectly on my end and looks flawless in the photos—remember, this is 3D printing šŸ˜„
Printers, settings, and materials vary, so a bit of post-processing might be needed.
Holes might come out slightly undersized, so keep a small drill bit on hand for cleanup.
Light sanding, trimming, or gluing is often just part of the process.

šŸ“¦ Build Notes šŸŖ›
āœ” Assembly required for legs and back wall
āœ” Tool wall slots into the rear of the bench
āœ” All parts designed to print without supports
āœ” Optimized for PLA
āœ” Filament bits work as pins—glue required for strength
āœ” Fully printable in 1:10 and 1:18
āœ” Can be scaled—see conversion table below šŸ‘‡

šŸ“„ Assembly Guide
Visual one-pager coming soon. For now: lay flat, glue legs, slot in drawers and rear wall—done!

šŸ“ Scaling Warning!
šŸ”¹ Small parts may need a 0.2 mm nozzle in tiny scales
šŸ”¹ Pegs and slots may get tighter/looser depending on printer
šŸ”¹ Be careful with thin drawer handles if scaling below 1:18
