1. The author has conducted structural printing tests on all models before release. However, the F1 model has a complex structure and requires high printing precision. 4. As multi-color printing becomes the trend, the model is sliced with the H2C multi-nozzle printer by default. For other models, please refer to your own model for slicing preview to check the time and filament consumption.

【Read Before Printing!!! Warm Tips】

It is strongly recommended to print the single-color configuration first before printing the multi-color configuration to test the model structure and slicing effect (Cost of single-color model printing: 64 scale 15g filament, 2 hours. 43 scale 50g filament, 3 hours). After being satisfied with the model's appearance, articulated structure, and slicing effect, then print the multi-color version. Thank you.

Note: Before printing the multi-color configuration file, you can enlarge it according to the complexity of the paint scheme. Preview in the slicing software to check the details and ensure printability.

Mazda RE Amemiya RX-7 is a track beast crafted by renowned Japanese tuner RE Amemiya, based on the RX-7 FD3S, pushing the rotary engine's potential to its limits.

Equipped with a 13B-REW twin-turbocharged engine, its power output surpasses 280 horsepower after enhancements and tuning, with a characteristic high-pitched 9000rpm engine note and linear acceleration.

The body features the "Amemiya 7 spec" wide-body kit, a combination of carbon fiber canards, Voltex rear wing, and retro pop-up headlights—a blend of aerodynamics and JDM aesthetics. Upgraded with an Aragosta suspension system, and with a 50:50 weight distribution and lightweight design, it achieved a legendary lap time of 54 seconds at Tsukuba Circuit.

This model is also famous for being the car of the Takahashi brothers in the anime Initial D, a pinnacle symbol of JDM culture and the rotary spirit.

Model Specifications

- Includes monochrome and multicolor print configurations: Monochrome allows for painting and decal application. The multicolor configuration can be printed directly (requires more filament and time), and serves as a reference for monochrome painting.

- Movable wheels, glue-free assembly.

Dimensions
- 1/64 scale
- Sliced files are configured for minimum printer dimensions. Adjust the number of models printed at once to save time and filament based on your printer's dimensions.

FDM Print Settings

- The physical model was printed using an A1 mini with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.16mm layer height, and official PLA filament. Higher-end equipment, settings, and filaments will yield superior results (assembly might be too tight or loose; compensate by adjusting the XY outer contour dimensions of the components, or use sanding tools and 409 glue for processing and connection).
- Infill density: 15%. Increasing this enhances the model'sheft, adjust to 100% if desired.
- Supports: A combination of normal and tree supports was used.
- Adjust parameters according to your printing experience.

Monochrome and Multicolor Printing

- The multicolor configuration comprises multiple sliced parts and cannot be directly printed in monochrome; otherwise, many seams will appear on the surface. For monochrome printing and subsequent painting, or for structural confirmation before multicolor printing, download the monochrome sliced file for printing (Monochrome print time: approximately 2 hours, filament consumption: approximately 15g)
- For multicolor printing, horizontal placement is adopted to reduce the number of color changes (reducing filament wiping and print time). For superior top surface quality, the orientation in the monochrome configuration can be used, but this significantly increases filament consumption and time; adjust as needed.

Painting Guide

- Sanding: (Optional) Sand in the order of 400-600-800 grit.

- Painting: Use acrylic paints and brushes (for layer line seepage, first apply a large area of the main color, then paint the edges).

- Polishing: Use a velvet cloth to polish; acrylic paints exhibit a gloss finish.

Assembly Instructions
- Refer to the exploded parts diagram for installation.

- For long-term stability, wheel installation requires firm pressure; initial rotation will be tight. It will become increasingly smoother with repeated use. See video demonstration for wheel installation.
