Description

During time the z belt got loose so instead of buying another and another one i made this tensioner which will increase belt life time and make sure that z motors never desynchronize .

Instructions:

Firstly mount two 3d printed pieces to frame then attach bearings and add tension to the belt. After that made sure that belt goes smooth and z motors are parallel to each other.

F695 rs bearing 2 pcs

M5x30mm screw 1pcs

M5x10mm screw 4 pcs

M5 hammerhead nut 4 pcs

1mm M5 precision shim. (you can find them in voron printers for example) 2 pcs
