As shown, the internal fixture passes through the outer tire and is fixed to the car body (may require tapping with a tool), the design leaves clearance, allowing it to be tapped in as fully as possible, the tire will not jam, finally, just insert the wheel hub molding (just needs to be flush with the outer tire, do not push it further in)
