Bolster for terraprint_llc's broomstick models.

Description
This is a bolster, and only the bolster, to accompany the broom thread props made by terraprint_llc. They are quite excellent, but were missing that one last touch. This part simply slips over the broom handle before the hammer, halberd, spear, etc, screws on. It will hold on its own, but double-sided tape can be used if it flares out (PLA will do that).
