Description

This is a data logger that records (3) voltages 0-26v and current -50A to +50A to an SD card.  I use this for testing battery capacity.

The plate mounts a 50A shunt, Arduino (Sparkfun Thing Plus C) and (INA 3221) Analog input board.  The plate helps protect the live part of the shut from shorting out accidentally.  The PCBs screw down with 4-40 screws, and ziptie slots are there to hold down wires.

Optionally, you can add an LCD for display, but the “Thing Plus” has a multicolor LED that can be used to verify SD card is writing, and the serial USB connection can display voltage and current on your computer screen.
