WLS2 Tool Sensor for Hammer HNC 4782 CNC

WLS2 Toolsetter mounting bracket.

This toolsensor bracket is used for easy position finding for my CNC. I got this idea from a youtuber but to my demise he did not provide a file for his holder. So i made my own.

It has two slots. One for everyday use and tool bit measurement. And the second slot is used for a spoilboard flattening bit. Since the flattening bit is wider and not directly under the collet the sensor point is shifter 18 mm to the side.

I chose to upload this to hopefully help others like me to find this.

The idea came from Marius Hornberger CNC Spoilboard video. He is a great inspirational character for me. Without him my hammer cnc would never have the precision it now has. If he ever wants me to remove this for some reason i will.

CNC i use this for is a HAMMER HNC 47.82.
