This is really good, but mine broke after about 30 minutes of use. I imagine this is because I printed on PLA, so I plan to use PETG next time and see if that makes a difference. It did make aligning screws on my deck a breeze though, so the deign is great.

That’s strange, since it only serves as a guide for the drill and doesn’t have to withstand any forces. I used mine for an entire 3x3 meter terrace.

It got jammed between two boards and when I tried to pull it out, the tab stayed wedged in 😅 I imagine there's more than a fair bit of user error here, but it's not uncommon that a board can come down in a way that tightens the gap as it's being screwed in–especially if that board is slightly bowed, which is what I think happened to me. Again, overall great concept and my deck looks more professional thanks to it, in spite of the questionable craftsmanship of the guy building it.
