Blockmit 16 holes+ M8 washer storage+ punch holder

This is for Crypto people to have many items in one place that also fit perfect.

I needed the PERFECT SIZE recipient container for M8 washers (24mm diameter), with external threads so will be the shortest external lenght possible, and with the best 3d printable threads possible !!! (Also opens with half a turn only).

• Version 1 Container - receive perfectly an M8x40mm Bolt with 12-13 washers M8 x 24 x 2mm  (internal diameter 24.60mm and internal lenght 46mm)

   

• Version2 - same as V1 but longer bolt M8x60mm with 24-25 washers. CHECK ALL THE PRINT PROFILES (KNURLED, FUZZY SKIN).

   

• JIG for stamping washers inspired from Blockmit but my own version created from ground up , for stamping M8x24mm washers ( i printed for myself the original Blockmit jig (8+2holes), including a remix with 18 holes, but i needed 16 holes to have the perfect spacing between letters (especially for longer mnemonic passphrases).  The problem with others with more than regular 8+2 holes is that you can get confused easy with alignment, so i aligned the top 2 simetric with the bottom and marked the key positions  to be helpful when only need to stamp seedwords that are max 8 characters.  (sugestion, print the jig with more infill than normal 15%, even 100%, to survive in case you slip the hammer when you stamp. Ask me how i know). 

   

• Stand for letter punches (2 versions flat and 30 degrees). It will accomodate the classic punches that are 3mm on letter and 6mm in width of the square. The best quality i found are Seedor ones from hardened steel, and Benecreat ones from carbon steel. Both tested and  fit perfect, and the many other sets of black cheap 15 euro steel, they will also fit perfect.  ALL THE PRINT PROFILES ARE OPTIMIZED TO BE PRINTED FACE DOWN SO THE TEXT WILL BE NICE TEXTURED !

         I've included step files for all models so you can inspect and maybe edit the holes of the JIG for washers !
