Description
Here, my brethren, is the one and only MakerLab “Make My Statue” taken to the next level. Inspired by Roman sculptures and breathtaking architecture, this masterpiece deserves nothing less than a place in the Louvre—pedestal too.
I began this project with the bust, intending to display it on a pedestal. But once I printed the pedestal, the bust looked too small. So, I scaled it up, modified the design, and printed an even larger bust.
The pedestal itself is as large as the X1C can print, standing at just under 10 inches in diameter and 20.25 inches tall. Weighing just under 3,000 grams, it took a dedicated 46 hours to complete—but every minute was well worth it. While this design can be scaled down, why would you, when bigger makes such a statement?
Gentlemen, the time has come to be the kings we were meant to be. Give your dame the perfect gift of them all…herself.
