Description

A 90 and 45 degree (speed)square for the Scheppach PL55 track/tracksaw. The square slides into the track/guiderail with a tight fit, so it can't slide away on its own, its sits securely.

bottom is not flat (if you look at sliced model - first layer is only on rectangle part), that's why people are having issue with adhesion. after auto orient and arrange in bambu studio it should work fine

Bed Adhesion Issue:failed twice for me using bambu labs PLA. I don't think the bottom on the model is completely flat and so only adheres on 30% of the model. the rest slowly bends up during printing

Sounds like you have adhesion issues on your bed, you could try cleaning it thoroughly and try again. The model is 100% flat, the print in the pictures is printed with this profile. It only gets a bit crooked in use because of the tight fit in the track.

I reprinted with 0.2mm layers (strength profile) and it finished without issue. Very tight fit in the track, which is great, will knock the edges down with sandpaper. I wonder if the issue is the 0.24mm profile and the bambu labs PLA. Moght be worth changing up the profile for print reliability? I have not had adhesion issues so far, the plate is clean and only a few months old.

I have also had the same issue whereby the underside of the triangle bit seems to start higher than the rest of the model. I'm sure the model is flat but something strange is going on in the gcode.
