1/4 Turn quick release latch Polaris

I needed a side panel latch for my Polaris Matryx and found a model by Åkeslir. However, I ran into issues with the supports and overhangs—some parts had angles over 45°, which made printing tricky. So, I decided to design my own version, complete with built-in supports that are easy to remove.

I printed it with 6 walls using CC3D 72D flexible TPU. It’s a very stiff TPU—not super bendy—but flexible enough to hold up without snapping.

I’ve also tried printing it in Polymaker PolyMax PC and YXPOLYER Nylon, but those versions tend to break over time.
