Chuck (Bartowski) TV Show Sign/Wall Art

Inspired by the TV Show Chuck. Chuck Sign/Wall Art with a geometric pyramid background. Nail opening for hanging.

This model has an AMS and non AMS version. The AMS version has a thicker logo so there are no overhangs while printing.

For the non AMS version, print the base and logos separately. Apply some glue and press the logo (in the correct orientation) to the base and apply pressure until the glue dries. 

For the non AMS version, I recommend to print the logo face down on a textured plate to give it a nice top surface finish. The logos are already face down in the print profile, so if you don't want the textured look, mirror the object or flip it 180 degrees.

Small Sign - 100x100x10.8mm

Main Print Settings:

Layer height: 0.2

Infill: 10%-20%

Infill Pattern: Gyroid

Filaments Used:

Bambu Basic PLA Jade White

Bambu Basic PLA Black

Bambu Basic PLA Red

The points of the pyramids are rounded and not sharp

I included lots of different sizes so you don't have to scale, but you can still scale to any size, but I recommend only scaling the X & Y. If you do scale and are printing the non AMS version, make sure you scale both the logo and the base by the same amount.
