I often experience neck and head pain, and I use this ball for massage relief. When my neck pain is severe, I even use it as a neck pillow; the two balls at either end perfectly align with my carotid arteries, providing significant relief. I also use it to massage both sides of my spine when my lower back feels uncomfortable.
