Stylish stool with wooden legs
Print Profile(3)

Description
Here I designed a nice stool for your appartment.
I printed it in PETG, since it´s not as brittle as PLA.
The printing took about 29h in total with my 0.6 nozzle on A1, but looking at the end result I say it´s worth it!
The only non printed thing you´ll need are three ⌀30mmx50mm round timber from your trusted wood supplier.
To assemble the chair, flip the top part so the holes look upwards, put the bottom part on it (with the bed side up, so the timber can lay into the angled groove), put the legs completely in the holes (picture 5), flip the whole stool upright and press the bottom down until it stays in place by friction (picture 6).
The stool holds 135kg (me and my partner) without any problem.
The pillow hasn´t been printed by me so sadly, I don´t have the STL to share. I put the picture with it here too anyway since I think it´s nice to see what´s possible. In case you´d like to design and print a pillow on your own, I also uploaded the top part with the 32mm hole too.
This technique of building a stool is ages old, the bottom part compensates part of the stress put on the top part by the legs.
In case you want to cut the legs, so they´re flat on the ground, cut the bottom side of the legs at a 15° angle.
Hope you love the stool as much as I do!
