Description

Here is my Quickswap mechanism for the Logitech G29. To remove the Original one you need to disassemble the whole steering wheel. There are instructions how too do it, i used this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=kTvy3rLhJVc

I used the Original screws for the Base and M5 Screws and Nuts for the Wheel part.

hey, which paddle extenders do you use? I want to print this but I think the paddles would be too far away.

I downloaded the quick release model for Logitech G29 from MakerWorld and printed it on my Bambulab X1 Carbon I must say the file is excellent: the design is well thought out, precise, and optimized for 3D printing, with no need for complex modifications or supports The geometry is solid and functional, with correct tolerances allowing for simple and stable mounting on the steering wheel The print on the Bambulab X1 Carbon was flawless: uniform layers, smooth surfaces, and well-defined details Once mounted, the quick release performs reliably, ensuring quick and hassle-free installation and removal of the steering wheel This model is extremely useful for anyone using the G29 and wanting to improve the practicality of their simulation sessions I highly recommend this file to anyone looking for a functional, ready-to-use, and high-quality accessory for their sim racing setup

Works very well. The only thing is, when the wheel is on, your fingers are much farther away from the paddles and buttons. farther than i expected. still a great print
