Description
This is a modular 3D mold system for creating your own bold, eye-catching Moai Sigma Face sculpture. The design is inspired by stylized island heads with exaggerated masculine features — a perfect blend of humor, style, and presence in any space.
The mold is split into 18 parts, designed for easy 3D printing, assembly, and casting.
The final cast is approximately 50 x 25 x 25 cm.
The mold consists of 18 parts, but only 16 need to be printed – the bottom 2 parts are not essential.
- Can be printed in PLA or PETG – if using PETG, make sure your filament is well dried to avoid poor layer adhesion.
- The model may require minor post-processing. Not all bolt holes may line up perfectly, but the mold still works well in practice.
- You can fill the mold with leftover filament scraps or failed prints to add weight or reduce waste.
