Description
A gauge for portioning rice into one-cup servings (approximately 140g).
Simply place plastic wrap over the gauge and pack the rice to produce consistently sized frozen rice portions.
The oblong shape prevents the wrap from wrinkling, making it easy to fill to the corners and remove from the mold.
Convenient for portioning meat and other ingredients in addition to rice.
