3.0 Update Content
The clasp, 3D printed using ABS filament, remains functional even after 60 cycles of forceful extension and retraction testing
Component filament savings: only requires purchasing two 0.6*10*200 springs
One 0.6*7*20 spring
Self-tapping screws use M3*8 (Note: when tightening the push rod, slightly grind down the tip of the M3*8 screw to prevent it from jamming the push rod, or simply slide it back and forth a few times)
Improvements
1, Replaced the pre-fabricated climbing buckle with an ABS 3D-printed clasp
2, Addressed the fragility of the telescopic rod caused by using pre-fabricated clasps, enhancing durability and playability
3, Rounded corners replace the previous right-angled pressing mechanism
4, Each joint and component is detachable and replaceable
Precautions
Different filaments for the handle sheath require scaling adjustments Due to variations between printers, slight adjustments may be needed for optimal smoothness after fabrication

Version 2.0 optimization eliminates the steel tube, utilizing a 3D-printed push rod for simplified construction!!!!
Testing indicates a 0.6*10*200 spring is optimal; adjusting the telescopic rod length is necessary if a different spring is used!!
0.6*7*20 spring for pressing
Miniature small insertion buckles vary in price; some shops sell them for one yuan each, others for a few cents, or even ten for eight yuan with free shipping—due diligence is advised
Eliminated the cumbersome base; now uses a 3*10 self-tapping screw for easier assembly

The base now features threads, allowing for arbitrary rotation and eliminating the need for adhesive fixation (more convenient than the previous version and less prone to errors)

A 3D-printed wrench can be used for tightening

0.6*10*200 springs provide optimal tension; neither overly forceful nor prone to damaging printed components
