Cue Tip Shaper – Dime, Penny, Nickel, Quarter Radius + Wear Gauge

This cue tip shaper is a compact tool designed to help players maintain precise tip curvature for consistent cue ball control. It features four shaping grooves labeled:

• D – Dime radius
• P – Penny radius
• N – Nickel radius
• Q – Quarter radius

Each radius groove allows you to shape your tip to a standard curvature using sandpaper. On the side, a wear gauge is built in for quick checks while shaping – just fit the tip into the relief cutouts to track progress and avoid over-shaping.

🛠️ Sandpaper Attachment Instructions:

Before attaching sandpaper:

• Lightly sand the back side of the sandpaper and the shaping grooves to improve adhesion.
• You can use clear double-sided tape for easy replacement (recommended).
• Alternatively, spray adhesive or glue can be used for a more permanent solution.
• Optionally, print the included sandpaper press to help smooth down the sandpaper for a perfect fit.
• Note, sandpaper with paper backing will stick best with double sided tape. Avoid waxy or gloss backing as it will come off if anything other than glue is used.
• Any excess sand paper can be removed with a utility knife. Make sure it is sharp!!

🔧 Accessory Note

An optional print profile for sandpaper cut guide has been added. It is designed to help cut sandpaper to the correct width and length for each shaping groove and features slits for a full, clean cut.
