Welcome to version 4 of my Hydrapeak 3mL vial holders. These are designed for the 32oz version of the Hydrapeak Thermos.

The vertical holders holds 23 vials each. The horizontal holder holds 8. All 3 combined will hold 54 3mL vials! You can also opt for a bit less storage to add the desiccant basket to help keep your vials dry.

Another tweak made is to allow trays to stack together outside the hydrapeak without sliding, allowing you to use these easily outside a hydrapeak thermos should you wish. Please note, these are not meant to lock together, but to be stacked without the worry of a tray or trays sliding off. If they are fitting a bit too tight, I noticed that if I would rotate them while attached and work them together and apart a bit after printing, it frees it up some.

UPDATE: It seems some hydrapeaks lids bow in the middle. I have updated the top tray designs to hopefully accommodate for this slight variation in design. If you previously downloaded the file prior to 4/25/25 and have fitment issues, redownload and reprint the top vial/desiccant trays and see if that improves the situation.

To fill your thermos, print the following combinations!

2 x Vertical holders and

1 x the desiccant basket OR 1 x the horizontal vial holder.

I had to tweak a bit to make it work in a 24oz cause apparently that’s all I can find in Canada without paying $60 for the 32oz one (I thought the ring would be a good idea, but everything is such a tight fit, I’ll have to take it off when I fill the container)

Hello! I’m trying to print for a 24oz also, how did you tweak it to fit?

I believe all I did was cut down the heights a bit (with the cut tool, not by scaling)) so I was able to fit 3 trays in the smaller container. I could only fit one “tall” tray and 2 short ones that way

These do NOT fit the hydrapeak 32oz. The lid will not screw all the way shut, trying to put two plus the vial tray. Even making sure they were all snapped together and didn't even have any vials in them, no good.

I am sorry to hear that. I have them in 2 without that issue, along with all of the others that commented.

I just printed them, and love the design but also am not getting the lid shut all the way. From the way it screws in, I think it's the center lifting tab poking at the lid and preventing it from screwing on completely. I just checked and the lid of the hydrapeak is slightly bowed out in the center. It's a new thermos, but this might be a variable thing with them you don't notice until you have tight tolerances like this. LMK if you tweak it & I'll give it a test print with this picky hydrapeak. You wouldn't want the pull tab to be much shorter, maybe you could lower that center section a tiny bit? If you feel like it, lol, obviously it works for most of them. Thanks for your designs!

Thank you for the detailed feedback. It makes it much easier to fix issues when details are provided. My lid is perfectly flat so that would explain the difference. I uploaded an updated model shortening the center tab and lowering the outside ring .5mm. When you have a moment, just redownload and print the top tray and see if that makes any difference.

Straightforward easy print. I got the hydrapeak at TJ and this print fit perfectly in it.

excellent print! the large insert fits by itself in the 18oz hydrapeak. two horizontal inserts and the desiccant would fit if the desiccant tray was shaved down 5mm or so.

Awesome pep holder. Need to snap the three pieces together before placing into the HydraPeak. It's a tight fit, but it works!

Thanks! It should loosen a bit over time. I noticed if you put them together a few times and rotate them together, it wears down just enough to make the fit a bit better, at least with PETG. If it's too problematic, I can try to relax it a tad, but I noticed it gets a bit shifty outside the hydrapeak if I do too much.
