Description
I have developed a head section model for first aid courses.
This allows participants in a first aid course to be shown how the airways of an unconscious person can be obstructed by the tongue and how simple and effective it is to clear the airways by extending the head.
For printing, you additionally need 2 M3 x 7mm sleeve nuts and 2 x M3-0.5 countersunk screws 5mm.
(I don't know if the nuts from Bambu will work)
I have divided the print into 4 plates to save filament.
I printed the head and buttons in 0.16mm high quality.
And applied linear smoothing.
The remaining parts in 0.20mm standard.
The sleeve nuts must be pressed into the provided hole with some pressure. It is advisable to simply place them on a table top, center the “neck” and then press firmly.
Then fasten with the screw.
The sleeve nut for the hinge also goes in without much force.
Then press the buttons into the screw holes.
You can tighten or loosen the M3 nuts with the Allen key from your printer.
