Description

Enclosure for Dayton Amplifier Boards similar to KAB250 v3/v4 etc. Sure/Wondom boards fit also as they are virtually the same. (many boards are the same size) Printed without supports. The Dayton logo is illuminated with green 3mm LEDs. The logo and diffuser are printed with white PLA+ from Sunlu, most other parts are black PLA+ from Sunlu, the feet are SILK PLA silver from Sunlu. The led string of 6 LEDs are in series with a ¼ watt 220R resistor, and are directly connected to the 19.5v input wich also powers the AMPboard. (I used an old HP laptop adapter) The other parts:

Screws: all 3mm self tapping screws from AliExpress

RCA in, gold plated from AliExpress. (see picture)

4mm Banana, also cheapos from AliExpress. (see picture)

8mm power input connecter, suitable for your adapter

On/off switch: 12.5x19.5mm common toggle switch.

To build this project you have to have some knowledge of electronics, soldering etc.

Many of the boards have bluetooth connection, and may need a switch to pair. I didn't include a volume control, as in my application it is not needed.  Have fun with it, and if you have questions, I will try to help. I'm not responsible for any problems that arise from building the amplifier, nor for damage because of it. Regards, Paul
