Description
I designed and 3D-printed this trailer as a Christmas gift for my son:
Features:
- Built-in Ramps: The ramps are stored in the trailer floor. To keep them secure, insert them with the notch facing down into the middle openings. When in use, flip the ramp so the flat side faces the ground and insert it into the exterior openings.
- Convertible Design: The trailer can be used as a flatbed or with guard rails for added versatility.
- TPU Tires: The tires are printed in TPU for better traction and durability.
Required Hardware (available at most hardware stores):
- 4x #6-32 standard or nylock nuts
- 4x #6-32 x 1"-0.75" pan head or cap screws
- 2x M3x6mm pan head screws (for securing the hitch to the body)

Assembly Tips:
- Hitch Installation: Before attaching the hitch to the body, pre-thread the M3 screw into the hitch to create clean threads. Then remove the screw and attach the hitch securely.
- Guard Rail Fitment: You may need to sand the ends slightly for a snug fit. Gluing them is optional.
- TRX4M Compatibility: You can use a long L e g o pin to attach the trailer to a TRX4M.
- Use with TRX4M hitch found in printable (see pictures)
