Filament Winder/Unwinder HoLi Angle 360

Here is the HoLi filament winder or unwinder.

The filament can be wound either manually or with a cordless screwdriver (drill).

The base (table clamp with rotating turret and screw) of the HoLi universal stand can be downloaded here.

Everything can be printed in PLA.

Other materials are certainly suitable as well, but have not been tested.

Material list:

• 140mm M8 threaded rod
• 1x M8 stop nut
• 3x M8 nut
• 2x M8 U-washer
• 2x ball bearing 608RS / 8x22x7
• Printing plate 1 and 3

For manual rewinding, the following are additionally required:

• 1x M8 x 60mm round head square drive screw
• 1x M8 stop nut
• 2x ball bearing 608RS / 8x22x7
• Printing plate 2

Assembly:

The thread of the HoLi Armadaper should be pre-cut with a thread cutter. Otherwise, drill it out.

Everything is counteracted with the two nuts. The smooth running can also be influenced by this.

Usage:

It is best to guide the filament with your second hand.

Another filament unwinder that has the full spool loaded is well suited.

Clamp the empty spool into the HoLi adapter.

The cordless screwdriver adapter has a 6-sided 6mm socket (Allen key).

Please pay attention to the smooth running of the spools.

The adapter is slightly conical so that you have some freedom of movement with the cordless screwdriver.

Start slowly and when finishing, first remove the screwdriver from the spindle and then switch it off.

All common spool sizes should fit. I have tested Bambu, SunLu, Eryone, Overture, Amazon.
