Bill of Materials
Description
This HueForge portrays a colorful bee-eater sitting on a branch waiting for some bees to fly by.
I mainly used matte PLA (overall 7 different colors) because I love the matte look of pictures printed with these filaments.
The model is 200x200mm in size. You can of course scale it down, for example 175x175 (for the A1 Mini), or 150x150 but make sure to not touch the Z-height (disable automatic scaling/resizing and change x and y one after the other).
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm.
I used the following 7 filaments:
PLA JAYO/SUNLU Matte Black (Transmission Distance: 0.5)
PLA ERYONE Matte Navy Blue (Transmission Distance: 1.6)
PLA BambuLab Basic Mistletoe Green (Transmission Distance: 5)
PLA BambuLab Matte Scarlet Red (Transmission Distance: 2)
PLA BambuLab Matte Mandarin Orange (Transmission Distance: 3)
PLA BambuLab Matte Lemon Yellow (Transmission Distance: 4)
PLA JAYO/SUNLU Matte White (Transmission Distance: 4)
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Navy Blue
At layer #10 (0.88mm) swap to Mistletoe Green
At layer #14 (1.2mm) swap to Scarlet Red
At layer #15 (1.28mm) swap to Mandarin Orange
At layer #17 (1.44mm) swap to Lemon Yellow
At layer #22 (1.84mm) swap to White for the rest.
I hope you like this model and have fun printing it!
