WPC Deck Board End Cap

End caps for hollow chamber WPC deck boards.

There are manufacturer and universal end caps for WPC deck boards. Unfortunately, these are only available in a few colors and are quite expensive. With this model, you can print your own with your own colors and materials.

This was designed for standard hollow chamber WPC, 14.5 x 2.1 cm. A picture of the cross section is attached.

I myself only used matte PLA, as it matched the color best and PLA, as experience shows, lasts for a few years outdoors without stress.

I also tested with TPU, it prints slower of course, but also works great. There is also a mix with PLA and TPU, but this did not adhere quite as well with matte PLA. With ASA or ABS, however, this would not be a problem.
