Originally, I intended to print the crowbar horizontally, but discovered that cold weather caused significant shrinkage and deformation; printing it vertically yields far better results.

Printed this vertically but had to bad adhesive on the bed, so it tipped over. Printed this horizontally but I ran out of filament. Printed this on my Resin printer and it worked out great. 10 out of 10, would definitely do again.

I am unable to attach the other sides due to there being a inside built in blocking the pegs from entering. I tried to remove them but its part of the model, what do I do?

What scale for it to be life sized real half-life scale? 150% makes the handle portion assembled about 21.2inches Probably should go a bit bigger to get a 24-30 inche crowbar assembled with the ends

At 100% scale, it's actually only about 10%-15% shorter than a real crowbar. This is because my son actually bought a crowbar... and I made this for safety reasons. Also, I slightly reduced the size a bit for easier printing and carrying. Of course, there can be many different models of crowbars, and their lengths can vary.
