Assembly Tip
After printing this model several times with different filaments, I’ve noticed that material tolerances and stiffness can significantly affect how well the parts fit together. Stiffer materials are more brittle and can break more easily during assembly. If you’re using a particularly rigid filament, I recommend gently warming the parts (using a hairdryer, for example) before inserting the joints—this softens the material slightly, reducing the risk of breakage and making assembly smoother.
