Description
My son is incredibly enthusiastic about culinary play, yet I struggled to locate a stove lacking sharp edges and boasting robust durability—a crucial consideration given his rigorous toy testing! Thus, I embarked on crafting a resilient and robust homemade play stove. All child-accessible areas feature meticulously smoothed, rounded corners. Structural support and thickness have been significantly enhanced for superior longevity. Furthermore, I desired stove knobs that rotate freely without fracturing, hence the implementation of a magnetic attachment mechanism. This ensures swift reassembly after enthusiastic play, while maintaining ease of rotation for young hands.
For simplified installation, I've incorporated designated magnet recesses. Readily available are 6mm diameter magnets, approximately 3.4mm in depth, from various retailers. The knobs are adorned with a refined geometric aesthetic, accented by color-coded indicators. These geometric forms have been subtly rounded, providing varied tactile stimulation without compromising safety.
The flame design is modular, circumventing AMS constraints. Each component is individually detachable. However, owing to potential material expansion or contraction, a 0.1mm scale adjustment is recommended as needed (minor loosening after resizing may be remedied with a high-strength adhesive).
Personally, I incorporated a phosphorescent material, rendering the red flame segments luminescent in low-light conditions!
I haven't felt this exhilarated about a creation in quite some time, and I sincerely hope you share my enthusiasm!
