Introducing PanzerMate an AFV model assembly jig

Designed to help assemble and paint AFV models!

I use it for scale 1/35 but the chuck jaws can be inverted to accompany smaller scale models.

For scale 1/35 insert them in order C-B-A if a smaller diameter is needed insert them in order A-B-C.

All parts that need support are already supported in the uploaded profile.

you can probably mess with the top/bottom layer amount and infill value

Components needed to assemble:

• 3x M6x25mm Hex Bolt
• 3x M6*10*8 Heatset insert
• 2x 20x5mm Neodymium magnet
• 1x Felt (optional)
• Superglue

Assembly instructions

First you mount the Hex Bolt to the part "Tank_assembly_jig_knob”, just put some superglue inside and insert the bolt.

After you insert the Heatset inserts like in the last picture for part “Tank_assembly_jig_top_toolholder”

For Part "Tank_assembly_jig_bottom” you insert it from below, the side where the text is imprinted.

you can either insert it with the help of an soldering iron or you can insert them by hand and pull them in from the other side with the help of the knobs, just wait until the glue is cured, or use a ratchet.

Insert and glue the 2 magnets into part “Chuck_Housing_Magnet_mount” and “Tank_assembly_jig_top_toolholder”.

Watch for polarity of the magnets!

To hold a Tank hull just add any magnet or nut or similar inside the hull.

The Felt is just there to dampen the contact of the 2 magnets meeting, it can be replaced by other materials.
