This model is designed for dual-color printing on a 0.2 mm white PLA base, with embossed letters in 2 layers of 0.1 mm black PLA.To get a crisp and clean result, a few key things to keep in mind:&nbsp;🔹 Clean plate = clean printMake sure your print bed is spotless – any residue can affect adhesion and finish.&nbsp;🌡️ Keep the plate temperature at 50°C maxHigher temps may cause warping on the thin base layer.&nbsp;🌬️ No drafts allowedEven minor airflow can ruin such a fine base – avoid printing near windows or vents.&nbsp;🔍 Lettering precisionThe text layers are configured for a 0.21 mm line width, the thinnest reliably printable with a 0.4 mm nozzle. This ensures sharp, readable text.&nbsp;🎨 Color swap for non-AMS usersThis version includes a pause for manual filament change, allowing B&amp;W prints without an AMS.&nbsp;🤖 AMS usersSimply remove the pause in the preview settings after slicing – the color settings are already configured and should work smoothly.&nbsp;💬 Feedback is welcome!I’d love to optimize this for other setups and printers – feel free to share your results or tweaks!
