Description

3D-Printed Water Pump with PWM Speed Control

This project features a custom-designed 3D-printed water pump housing, optimized for a 3-5V motor.

The pump is powered by a mini PWM controller (HW-070), allowing precise speed regulation. The setup is built on a breadboard with a regulated power supply module, making it easy to test and adjust.

The project includes three different impeller designs with 2.05mm holes, which can be adapted to fit the motor shaft.

For impellers use Arachne with Outer line width 0.5mm

For easier assembly, wax can be applied to the threaded sections of the pump housing, ensuring smoother and more secure connections.

⚠ Warning: Ensure proper sealing of the pump housing to prevent water leaks that could damage electronic components. Always test the system in a controlled environment before full operation. Use the pump only with low-voltage power sources to avoid electrical hazards.

This system is ideal for small-scale fluid movement applications such as DIY cooling systems, automated watering systems, or hobbyist projects.
