The bigger the belly, the more stories it holds. As we age, the belly becomes more prominent. When we were young, it was all about 'six-pack abs,' now, it's more like 'one big belly.' But seriously, a larger belly is not just a change in physique, it's a testament to life's experiences. From the youthful struggles and hard work to daily family matters and work pressure, every ounce of belly fat tells a story. Every late-night snack, every chocolate bar eaten for comfort—each bite is a part of life. While middle-aged men may face a 'belly crisis,' those stories etched onto our bellies are proof of our experiences, growth, and our ability to face life with a smile. So, a bigger belly is fine; after all, these are our own personal 'badges of life.'
