Description
A 3D print of the Australian continent, created using a digital elevation model (DEM) of Australia and the DEMto3D plugin in QGIS.
The print uses a vertical exaggeration of 99.99 to sufficiently show the detail, and has a 3 mm thick base. It prints surprisingly quickly (~4 hours on a Bambu Lab P1S).
I got a warning about floating regions during slicing, but there was no issue with printing.
