Description

I print lots of poker chips of my own design for distribution at work so naturally my son asked me to print a Fortnite Dill Bit (I have no idea what it is or what it's used for). It was easy enough to model up using my own tried and true poker chip settings so here it is for anyone else that would like it.

40mm x 40mm x 3.2mm 4.5grams

I used Overture Gold PLA, eSun eSilk Lime PLA, and Overture Matte Black PLA to match the few images I've seen online. The textured PEI plate gives it a good shine and I ironed using my own settings for my A1 printer (YMMV). This is optimized for an AMS with two layers top/bottom of the colored image on gold base with a 0.4mm nozzle on Standard profile. 85% infill gives it more weight and Rectilinear infill avoids crossing. About 25 minutes to print a single chip.
