Description

I got a Gorilla Cart 4-cu ft Poly Yard Cart for the house, but it was the smaller 4-cu ft version that doesn't have the lawn tractor attachment. You could at one point buy a new handle that had it, but it's been discontinued for over a year now. I don't need to haul much, it's a small trailer anyways, but it's nice to hook it up to the mower to go around and pick up sticks.

So I made this adaptor that goes over the handle bars and allows you to attach to the lawn tractor. It's not a tight a fit on the handle bars, so it doesn't scratch them too much. It's also small enough that it's not in the way when you pull the cart by hand. You will need to supply your own metal bolt, washer and nut to connect to the mower. It's two pieces and I use simple zip ties to hold them together as I don't haul anything heavy, but bolts and screws will work best. I've been using it for over a year now, mostly for picking up sticks, leaves, a few bricks and other light duty stuff.

I don't suggest using it for anything heavy or places with a lot of hills. It's a plastic adaptor, so don't over do it.

I printed mine out of PLA, and it's been holding up for a year now but kept in a shed when not in use. I suggest PETG as it will hold up better.
