Description
Accessories bar on CB500X has 12 mm diameter which makes it hard to mount stuff to, because most accessories are made for 31.8 mm diameter, which is a common handlebar diameter. This simple adapter allows you to easily mount those accessories.
Assembly is easy - all you need are four M4x15mm (or longer) bolts and four M4 nuts, preferably with nylon rings to stop the assembly from loosening from vibrations.
Maximum bolt head diameter is 7 mm.
Space for mounting accessories is 14 mm long (if you want a longer one, let me know).
Printing from a weather resistant filament is recommended, as the part may be exposed to elements. I decided on using ABS with 80% infill for additional strength.
