Description

H2D Poop Chute

This Model is designed to fit the H2D, H2S & H2C Printers.

 

I wanted to design a chute that printed quickly and used existing mounting points also making sure to block as little as possible of the vent below the purge hole.

 

The H2D shakes a lot during printing so the bin does not attach in order to allow the printer to move freely. Connecting would stop the anti vibration feet from working correctly.

 

Plus demonstrate a nice overhang so you can show off the power of 3d printing from your new machine!

 

Supportless Print - OVERHANG 🤌

No Magnets or Glue

Fits any container under 120mm tall

Can be Printed on P1/X1 series while you wait for your H2x!

Replacement Mounting Plate:

The Chute uses the existing lower external spool holder position and simply slides on the bracket without glue or magnets. I have created another mounting plate more suitable for 3d printing should you need a replacement. (1 is provided with the printer, if you are using the external mount that comes with the printer you will need another mounting plate.)

Screws for this can be found in the toolbox that came with your printer.

 

This plate is designed to be the exact size that fits into the chute to ensure the chute cannot shake during use, you may need to sand the edge slightly or scale to 98-99%!!!

Materials:

Although the supplied print profile is for PLA I would recommend using PETG or ABS for the chute else there is the risk of the purges sticking and building up. If you prefer to print the chute in PLA or already have one printed then you can use aluminium or ptfe tape on the chute to stop it sticking. I believe coating the chute in a spray oil such as WD40 also works.

30cm Boxes require a H2 to see the profile - Smaller boxes are available on a seperate profile for P1/X1

Non AMS version has the Bambu Labs logo Embossed, if you want a smooth Box then use AMS version with the text set to the same colour.

 

Bins V2 was created for users who don't mind the extra filament usage for stronger walls. It is also created from an STEP export and so has better smoothing on the corners.
