Description

I needed a stand for my Rollo thermal printer.  There are a few out there but for labels on a roll - I have the fanfold type so I designed my own desktop stand.  It's designed for my printer model ( X1038 ) but I included the Fusion 360 file so you can modify to your heart's content.

Enjoy.

OMG THANK OU SO MUCH!! as an amazon seller I have 1 rollover machine and a few other cheaper version. the Rollo is the best and dedicated to shipping lables. the holder got bulky and busy. I got a 3d printer a few months ago and decided to print that monitor riser but that xaysed a problem with the printer. I had to keep 2 drawers out to be ablebto print. I was SUPER happy to find your print thst matched my printer, the thought you put into this is AMAZING, the recess so that the printer does not slip, the dan ventilation and the height is PERFECT!!!!for my tiser. I am finally going to be able to get organized 🙌. I am super thankful to you. I will send a boost your way!!!

Excellent design! This stand appears very simple, but you can really tell they put some great thought into some key details. The top tray has indentations for the feet to fit nicely into. In addition there's a hole in the top tray for the printer thermal fan to cool itself. A lot of attention to detail to make sure it fits with this Rollo model.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I have the same model and I had previously bought a combo roll & fanfold label holder. It sat behind the Rollo printer and took up a lot of space relative to the printer size (about twice as deep as the printer was itself.) I'm getting a second printer to use for rolls of labels (Amazon ASIN labels) and found a roll label stand. Here's a photo of the stand I used before (though I had already switched to yours), and yours printed, assembled (I added a dab of superglue so it won't come loose when I pick it up), and up and working. (ETA: I also added some rubber feet on the bottom so it won't slide around when I tear off the label - four around the main base, two in the back where the labels protrude, and one in the center - doesn't move anymore.)

A second boost for your well designed stand for the Rollo printer! The only thing I could think of to improve would be if there was an option to add a way to optionally use Roll in addition to the Fan Fold. But considering that I don't have any Roll labels, perhaps this is just dreaming!
