Description
I use the Onevan blower for many focused tasks such as inflating air mattresses (after upgrading the impeller and air intake with an 18mm nozzle, full in < 30 seconds), cleaning ventilation nozzles, preheating grills, etc.
I created a 35mm nozzle and an 18mm nozzle for the blower; these did not work because the blower impeller is not suitable for pressure boosting, and the airflow breaks off at the slightest constriction.
The upgraded impeller has a geometry that generates a high air throughput at high back pressure, making it possible to force large air volumes through small openings.
To mount the impeller onto the shaft, I recommend two thin rubber washers; otherwise, the shaft may slip through the impeller.
I printed all parts in ABS and the impeller with 100% infill.
