Print with TPU only.

 

Before installation, first remove the damaged rubber cap and clean the thumbstick.

 

I modified its appearance to more closely resemble the original thumbstick cap.

 

The dimensions precisely match the Xbox One controller, if the fit seems incorrect after printing, it may be due to print quality issues or residual support material. 

 

Supports printed with TPU are notoriously difficult to remove, if tools are insufficient, try increasing the support Z-gap in your slicer settings.

 

However, it will be extremely stupid to print it upside down
