WonderFold W4 Snack Tray

Upgrade your WonderFold W4 with this custom 3D-printed snack tray! Designed for convenience, it securely holds snacks and drinks for easy access. The tray component is large and will need to be split in your slicer. Its roughly 9" x 16" of usable space. To make things easier, the included .3mf file provides a pre-split version with connectors for easy assembly as well as the other components. There is a dovetail on each end of the tray for removable cup holders or bin attachments. There are four hooks that hang over the side. They can hold bags or some shoes. Two 485mm long, ¾" PVC pipes will be needed. The tray will need glued together. I suggest printing in PETG. Elagoo rapid PETG was used in the pictures.

For best assembly, attach a hook to one end of each pipe, slide the glued tray over the pipes, then cap the other end with another hook. This design is still a work in progress, so feedback is welcome!
